875 Existing applications for impounding order applications
(1)
This section applies to an application under section 85 or 85A of the pre-amended Act for an impounding order that had not been decided immediately before the commencement.
(2)
The application must be decided as if the following provisions of the pre-amended Act were still in force—
(a)
chapter 4, part 3, divisions 1 to 3;
(b)
chapter 4, part 5, divisions 1 to 2A and division 4.
