183 Procedural requirements—production notice
(1)
A cash dealer given a production notice must comply with the notice.
(2)
The cash dealer is not subject to any liability for complying with, or producing something in the honest belief that the dealer was complying with, a production notice.
(3)
It is not an offence to fail to comply with a production notice.
