440 List of support persons and interpreters
(1)
The commissioner must keep a list of support persons and interpreters or, if an organisation provides interpreter services at a particular place, organisations providing interpreter services at the place.
(2)
The commissioner must revise the list at the times the commissioner considers appropriate.
(3)
The list must specify the languages that each person on the list is able to understand and speak.
