834 Transitional provisions for police service controlled operation approvals
(1)
An existing police service controlled operation approval that was in force immediately before the commencement day continues in force from that day in accordance with its terms as if it were a formal authority given under new section 245.
(2)
An existing police service controlled operation urgent approval that was in force immediately before the commencement day continues in force from that day in accordance with its terms as if it were an urgent authority given under new section 245.
