462 What forensic procedure order must state
A forensic procedure order must state—
(a)
the relevant person’s name; and
(b)
that a forensic procedure may be performed on the person by a qualified person; and
(c)
whether a qualified person may perform—
(i)
an intimate forensic procedure; or
(ii)
a non-intimate forensic procedure; or
(iii)
both an intimate and a non-intimate forensic procedure; and
(d)
that a police officer may exercise the powers in section 464.
