673 Who may inspect police service register
(1)
The register of covert acts kept by the police service is not open to inspection by anyone other than—
(a)
the commissioner; or
(b)
a monitor; or
(c)
the CCC chairperson.
(2)
However, the CCC chairperson must give the commissioner reasonable notice of intention to inspect the register.
