854 Particular evidentiary certificates under s 318ZZB
(1)
This section applies if a prosecuting authority gives a defendant a certificate under section 318ZZB(2), as in force immediately before the commencement of the Police Powers and Responsibilities and Other Acts Amendment Act 2006, section 48, and the time for challenging a matter stated in the certificate has not ended.
(2)
Section 318ZZB(3), as in force immediately before the commencement of the Police Powers and Responsibilities and Other Acts Amendment Act 2006, section 48, continues to apply to the certificate.
