522 Definitions for pt 9
In this part—appropriate person means—
(a)
the person performing functions in relation to the police force or service of the Commonwealth or another State that correspond to the functions of the commissioner; or
(b)
another authority prescribed under a regulation.
responsible Minister means a Minister of the Commonwealth or of another State responsible for the administration of a law that authorises the performance of any forensic procedure.
