348C Record of tracking device authorisation
As soon as reasonably practicable after a tracking device authorisation is given, the senior officer of the police service who gave the authorisation must make a written record stating—
(a)
the date and time the authorisation was given; and
(b)
the grounds for giving the authorisation.
