890 Existing police banning notices
(1)
The following provisions continue to apply in relation to a police banning notice in effect immediately before the commencement—
(a)
former section 602D;
(b)
former section 602N.
(2)
In this section—former, for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force from time to time before the commencement.
