584 Offence to interfere with locked etc. property
(1)
This section applies if a police officer locks, seals or otherwise deals with property under section 583(2)(b)(i).
(2)
A person must not unlock, unseal or use the property during the noise abatement period, as defined under section 582(5), for the place where the property is found.Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—100 penalty units.
