221A Definitions for chapter
In this chapter—ancillary conduct, for an authorised controlled activity, means conduct that—
is aiding or enabling a police officer to engage in the controlled activity; or
is conspiring with a police officer for the police officer to engage in the controlled activity.
authorised controlled activity means a controlled activity authorised under section 224.civilian participant means an adult who is not a police officer.conduct includes any act or omission.controlled activity offence means—
a three year imprisonment offence; or
an indictable offence mentioned in schedule 2; or
an indictable or simple offence mentioned in schedule 5.
