140 Recovery of seized animal
(1)
If, within 1 month after notice of the seizure of an animal under this part is given, the owner does not recover the animal, the commissioner may sell the animal and anything in or on it by public auction or dispose of it in the way the commissioner considers appropriate.
(2)
Notice of the proposed sale must be published on the police service website.
