In this subdivision—analyst’s certificate means a certificate of a kind mentioned in the Drugs Misuse Act 1986, section 128.destruction notice see section 710.drug matter does not include a thing intended for use, or that was used, in the commission of a drug offence.independent analyst see section 711.
