River Murray (Diversion) Act 1933

In force

Upon completion of the works authorised by the River Murray (Diversion) Act 1933 (as in force immediately before its repeal) they shall be handed over to the Ministerial Corporation which shall thereupon be charged with the maintenance thereof.

(2)

Subclause (1) re-enacts (with minor modifications) section 2 (4) of the River Murray (Diversion) Act 1933 and is a transferred provision to which section 30A of the Interpretation Act 1987 applies.
