370C Contravention by corporation
If a corporation contravenes a civil penalty provision, each of the following persons is taken to have contravened the same provision if the person knowingly authorised or permitted the act or omission constituting the contravention—
a director of the corporation,
a person involved in the management of the corporation.
Proceedings may be taken against a person for a contravention of a civil penalty provision whether or not proceedings have been taken against the corporation.
Nothing in this section affects any liability imposed on a corporation for a contravention of a civil penalty provision by the corporation.
