370H Proceedings for contravention of civil penalty provision
(1)
Proceedings may be brought in the Court against a person for a contravention of a civil penalty provision.
(2)
The Court must apply the rules of evidence and procedure for civil proceedings when hearing proceedings for a contravention of a civil penalty provision.
