84 Transfer of property by former trust members
(1)
This clause applies to a former member of a private water trust who had ceased to be such a member before the commencement of section 223, as inserted by the 2010 amending Act.
(2)
The former member must take all action necessary to transfer any interest in property held by the former member on behalf of the private water trust to the trust or as directed in writing by the current trustees.
