Presentation of audited financial statements

(1)

A corporation must, at the request of the Minister, furnish to the Minister the audited financial statements and any other documents requested within the time specified in the request.

(2)

The audited financial statements must be laid before the annual general meeting of the corporation following their verification and certification by the auditor.
