113D Conditions imposed by Minister for exempt controlled activities
This section applies if a person is exempt under the regulations from the requirement to hold a controlled activity approval under section 91E.
The regulations may permit the conditions of the exemption to be imposed by the Minister if the conditions are—
published in the Gazette, or notified in writing to the person, and
for the protection of—
the waterfront land on which the activity is carried out, or
a river, lake or estuary to which the land has frontage.
This provision refers to the regulations (the regulations
