14 Exemption from service charges
(1)
Land at Broken Hill that is held by a mining company under a lease from the Crown, and is used for mining or incidental purposes, is not subject to a water service charge.
(2)
Land referred to in subclause (1) is not subject to a sewerage service charge because of the construction of any sewerage works.
