301A Power to give directions
(1)
Without limiting Part 1 of Chapter 7, the Minister’s power to give directions under that Part may be exercised in relation to a water supply authority’s sewage work as if it were a water management work within the meaning of that Part.
(2)
An appeal lies to the Land and Environment Court against the Minister’s decision to give such a direction in the same way as it lies against the Minister’s decision to give a direction under Part 1 of Chapter 7.
