95 Determination of applications
After considering an application and all matters relevant to the application, the Minister is to determine the application—
by granting the approval to which the application relates, or
by refusing the application.
Note.
Section 99A enables the Minister to grant combined approvals at the time an application is granted for one or more of the approvals concerned or subsequently.
An approval may be granted unconditionally or subject to such conditions as are required or permitted to be imposed under Division 3.
(Repealed)
An approval may not be granted in contravention of the provisions of any relevant management plan.
An approval is to be in such form as the Minister may determine.
An approval takes effect on the day on which notice of the decision to grant the approval has been given to the applicant.
