21 Default by mining company
If the Corporation—
(a)
has obtained judgment against a mining company for an amount payable under this Part, and
(b)
the judgment remains unsatisfied even though the Corporation has taken all reasonable steps to enforce it,
the Corporation may recover the unpaid amount from each company not in default rateably in proportion to each amount paid by it under this Part.
