33 Additional provisions
The controlled activity and aquifer interference activity provisions of a management plan for a water management area may also deal with the following matters—
the undertaking of work for the purpose of restoring or rehabilitating a water source or its dependent ecosystems,
protecting, restoring or rehabilitating the habitats or pathways of animals and plants,
specific controls on activities causing unacceptable impacts,
the preservation and enhancement of the quality of water in the water sources in the area affected by controlled activities or aquifer interference,
other measures to give effect to the water management principles and the objects of this Act,
such other matters as are prescribed by the regulations.
This provision refers to the regulations (prescribed by the regulations
