143 Functions of private water corporations
A corporation has the following functions—
to provide, maintain or operate a water supply system, water distribution system or drainage system,
any other function conferred or imposed on the corporation by or under this or any other Act.
A corporation may supply water—
under an access licence or approval held by the corporation, or
for the purpose of an access licence or approval held by a member whose member’s water entitlement has been transformed under Division 4.
A corporation must exercise its functions in accordance with this Act, the regulations and the rules.
