367C Multiple contraventions
(1)
This section applies if 2 or more contraventions by a person of the same provision of this Act or the regulations arise from—
(a)
the same factual circumstances, or
(b)
the same activity being carried out at the same premises.
(2)
The contraventions may be dealt with as—
(a)
a single offence, or
(b)
a single civil penalty contravention.
