128 Applications to include land within area of operations
An application for the inclusion of land within an irrigation corporation’s area of operations may be made to the Minister by means of a joint application made by the corporation and by the owner or owners of the land concerned.
The application must identify the land proposed to be included in the corporation’s area of operations.
The procedures for making and advertising an application are to be as prescribed by the regulations.
