353 Operation of Part
(1)
This Part applies where a court finds a person guilty of an offence against this Act.
(2)
In this Part—
harm to the environment includes—
(a)
harm, likely harm or potential harm to a water source or waterfront land, and
(b)
other likely or potential harm to the environment.
the court means the court that finds the offence proved.
the offender means the person who is found to have committed the offence.
