Insert after section 71L (2)—
(2A)
An application for the Minister’s consent to a general dealing may also include an application for the Minister to record the dealing in the Access Register in the event that the Minister consents to the dealing. Any such application to record the dealing is taken to have been made in accordance with subsection (2) regardless of when the Minister’s consent is given.
