336C Contravention of certain directions
(1)
A person must not fail to comply with a direction under this part.
Maximum penalty—Tier 2 penalty.
Maximum civil penalty—Tier C civil penalty.
(2)
For the avoidance of doubt, a person fails to comply with a direction under this Part if the direction requires compliance within a specified period and the direction is not fully complied with within that period.
