144 Boards of private water corporations
There is to be a board of a corporation.
The board is to consist of not less than 3 and not more than 10 members of the corporation.
The board has the following functions—
to direct, control and manage the affairs of the corporation, in accordance with this Act, the regulations and the rules,
any other functions conferred on the board by or under this Act.
A board member holds office for the term prescribed by the rules.
The regulations may prescribe the circumstances in which a board member ceases to be a board member.
