11 Lodgment and registration of documents
The Minister may refuse to accept, or record in the Access Register, a dealing, an application for consent to a dealing or a security interest, caveat, devolution or change in co-holder’s tenancy arrangements in relation to an access licence or holding in an access licence if—
it is not in the approved form or does not comply with any requirement made by or under this or any other Act with respect to the making or execution of such a matter, or
the Minister requests the production of the access licence certificate for the access licence for the purpose of recording the matter in the Access Register and it is not produced, or
the application concerned is not accompanied by the approved fee (if any) for the matter concerned.
