179 Amendment of Schedule 13 to insert, change, omit name of corporation
The Minister may, by order published on the NSW legislation website, amend Schedule 13—
(a)
to insert the name of a private water corporation constituted under this Act, or
(b)
to change the name of a private water corporation constituted under this Act, or
(c)
to omit the name of a private water corporation, if the corporation is abolished.
