117 Prescribed methodology—value of water
The method for determining the value of water illegally taken set out in the Water Management (General) Regulation 2025, section 139, as in force immediately before the commencement day, is taken to be a prescribed methodology for section 394A—
(a)
on and from the commencement day, and
(b)
until the repeal or amendment of the Water Management (General) Regulation 2025, section 139.
