113B Minister may exempt public authorities for drought
The regulations may make provision for the Minister to grant an exemption from section 91B(1) for a public authority with or without conditions if the purpose of the exemption is related to drought.
The conditions may, if specified under the exemption, have effect after the expiry of the term of the exemption if the conditions are in relation to the maintenance or decommissioning of the work to which the exemption relates.
The regulations may make further provision about the exemption.
