Section 60G Minister may charge for water illegally taken
Insert after section 60G (1)—
(1A)
If the person holds 2 or more access licences that authorise the holder to take water from the water source concerned, the Minister may, in accordance with criteria specified by the regulations, take the action referred to in subsection (1) (b) in relation to the water allocation accounts for each of the licences.
