282 Review of activities of major utilities
The activities of a major utility under this Act—
may be reviewed at any time, and
must be reviewed—
before the end of the 6 month period following the date on which its first approval was granted under section 95, and
before the end of each 5 year period following the date on which its current approval was granted.
For the purpose of conducting such a review, the Minister must cause notice to be published—
in the Gazette, and
in the authorised manner,
inviting written submissions from interested persons in relation to the activities of the major utility during the period under review.
