(1)
Any order that, immediately before the commencement of this clause, was in force under section 60 (2) is taken to have been made under section 49A, as inserted by the 2008 amending Act.
(2)
Section 49A (4), as inserted by the 2008 amending Act, does not apply to an order referred to in subclause (1).
