Omit the definition. Insert instead—
affected person, in relation to the transfer of an access licence or holding in an access licence under this section, means—
(a)
any person on whom notice is required to be served under subsection (1) (b), or who is entitled to purchase money from a sale under subsection (2), in relation to the transfer, or
(b)
any person who is a transferee under a term water allocation transfer, as referred to in section 71NA, in connection with the licence.
