389 Delegation
The Minister may delegate to any person any functions conferred or imposed on the Minister by or under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
The Minister may delegate to any person any functions conferred or imposed on the Minister under any other Act, if those functions arise because of the Minister’s capacity as the Minister administering this Act or are related to that role.
Despite subsections (1) and (1A), the Secretary may sub-delegate to any person any function that has been delegated to the Secretary under this section, but only if the terms of the delegation authorise the Secretary to sub-delegate that function.
