353FB Cancellation orders
The court may make an order (a cancellation order) cancelling an access licence or an approval held by an offender.
The court may, when making a cancellation order, set a period of time during which one or more of the following are prohibited from applying for the same or a similar type of licence or approval as the cancelled licence or approval—
the offender,
a related body corporate of the offender,
a related entity of the offender,
a related person of the offender.
Before making a cancellation order, the court must consider the following—
the circumstances of the offences committed by the offender,
the offender’s record of compliance, or failure to comply, with this Act or the regulations,
matters prescribed by the regulations.
In this section—
related person includes a related person of a corporation.
