Insert after section 71X (4)—
(4A)
If an access licence that is transferred is subject to a term water allocation transfer, as referred to in section 71NA, that has been registered (whether or not it has come into effect), the transferee is taken to hold the licence subject to the term water allocation transfer for the balance of the period for which it has effect unless it is sooner cancelled or terminated in accordance with this Act.
