370B Involvement in contravention taken to be contravention
(1)
A person who is involved in, causes or permits a contravention of a civil penalty provision is taken to have contravened the provision.
(2)
A person is involved in a contravention of a civil penalty provision only if the person has—
(a)
aided, abetted, counselled or procured the contravention, or
(b)
induced the contravention, whether by threats or promises or otherwise, or
(c)
been knowingly involved in or a party to the contravention, whether directly or indirectly, or
(d)
conspired with others to effect the contravention.
