124 Term of operating licence
(1)
An operating licence has effect for the period specified in the licence in that regard, but may be renewed at the end of that period.
(2)
An operating licence may be renewed even if its term has expired.
(3)
The Governor may refuse an application for the renewal of an operating licence on such grounds as the Governor considers appropriate.
