Effect of subdivision

In force

The subdivision of land by a member of a private water trust—

(a)

does not of itself entitle any other person to be a member of the trust or entitle any other person to be supplied with water or provided with drainage or other services by the trustees or trust, and

(b)

does not of itself affect any existing entitlement of any other person in relation to any such service, and

(c)

does not of itself affect any functions of the trustees or trust in relation to trust works.
