Water Management Act 2000

Each of the following provisions, as amended, inserted or substituted by Schedule 1.10 to the amending Act, extends to applications made (but not determined) before the amendment, insertion or substitution of the provision concerned—

sections 61 and 92,

sections 63 (1A) and 95 (1A),

sections 66A, 67 and 100A,

section 95 (5).

Section 107, as amended by Schedule 1.10 to the amending Act, extends to approvals that were in force immediately before the commencement of the amendment concerned.

Clause 1 (3) of Schedule 1A, as substituted by Schedule 1.10 to the amending Act, extends to access licences granted (but not recorded in the Access Register) before the substitution of that subclause.
