65 Minister’s plans
Section 50, as amended by the 2004 amending Act, applies to—
(a)
any management plan that was in course of preparation before the commencement of this clause, and
(b)
any management plan that was made before the commencement of this clause,
in the same way as it applies to any management plan that is prepared or made after that commencement.
