26 Core provisions
The drainage management provisions of a management plan for a water management area must deal with the following matters—
(a)
the identification of the existing and natural hydrological regimes in the area,
(b)
the identification of existing drainage works in the area and the way they are managed,
(c)
the ecological impacts and impacts on water quality, including cumulative impacts, of the drainage works in the area.
