226 Trustees must provide copy of rules
(1)
A trustee of a private water trust must, if required to do so by the Minister, provide the Minister with a copy of the rules of the trust.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2)
A private water trust must, on the request of a member of the trust and payment by the member of the fee (if any) prescribed by the rules of the trust, provide the member with a copy of the rules of the trust.
